Working Experience :

Nuraslina brings with her over 18 years of experience in successful transformation and optimisation of business performance for major corporate organisations and conglomerates. Her penchant for strategic and analytical thinking enables her to navigate complex situations in identifying opportunities for major service recoveries and propel company-wide changes to improve their performances and turned them into top-notch industry players.

Nuraslina joined Theta Edge Berhad as Chief Transformation Officer in 2021, in which later she was appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer in the same year. Her main role is to lead and drive fundamental transformational change in Theta Edge Berhad, which entails the Business As Usual (BAU) transformation agenda, comprising five pillars, namely financial performance process optimisation, customer centric approach to customer engagement, human capital management and culture of the organization.

Nuraslina’s appointment demonstrated her pivotal role to drive the value creation pursuits of Theta Edge Berhad in the establishment of customer centric and solutioning capability which is complemented by other strategic moves not limited to optimising operational efficiency and stronger balance sheet of the company. The strategic move to invest in FinTech platforms strengthens her vision in transforming the Group to become the preferred digital provider in the market.

As an entrepreneur and technopreneur, she has received numerous accolades in recognition of her contributions and is one of the sought-after speakers on local and international speaking platforms – making her the formidable industry influencer globally and regionally.

Apart from her strategic visionary and transformational leadership in business growth and performance improvement, she is also recognised for her philanthropic activities. She introduced an inclusive community-based CSR programme, known as ‘Digitalising B40 Community Programme’ which focuses in bridging the digitalization gap of the educational landscape among Asnaf and B40 Community. She has also inspired Theta Edge to commence the Digital Masjid Programme, with the objective to improve efficient and transparent financial management for the Masjid.

Working Experience:

Safuan is the Top Level ICT professional with a combination of 30 years of experience in managing large companies in their digitalization and implementation of ICT products and services. He has extensive knowledge of business processes, data management and technology in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Logistics, Government, Consulting and Automotive. He is passionate in bridging the values and improvement to the quality of life through technology and innovations.

Having commenced his career as a Software Programmer at DEC Ltd (UK), the second-largest ICT company in the world at that time, he subsequently returned to Malaysia to assume the role of Analyst Programmer in Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd. This marked the start of his tenure in ICT Management with other well-known companies, including Sapura Digital Sdn Bhd, EON Berhad, KLB Berhad, MISC Berhad, British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad (BATM) and DHL (Cyberjaya).

He has vast experience in ERP systems and manufacturing systems project implementation at the largest Petrochemical company in South East Asia, Titan Chemical Bhd, and the largest tobacco manufacturer, BATM.

He served as Chief Information Officer of the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) for 10 years and has implemented various programs and blueprints to develop ICT infrastructure and promote IT businesses to the region.

He then joined iA Consulting Sdn Bhd in August 2018 as Chief Digital Officer. He was responsible for Digital solutions to customers, project delivery, and innovative product development. iAC was offering Solutions in ERP (SAP and Vienna Advantage), Big Data Analytics for smartcity and enterprise, and new AI tools such as RPA, Chatbot, and Image Processing.

MOHAMAD IZZAT BIN SERPUDIN

Working Experience:
Mohammad Izzat is a Chartered Certified Accountant with more than 10 years working experience in accounting and finance fields and cross various business functions, specifically in strategic corporate planning, corporate finance, business development, investor relations and corporate communications, attached to several public-listed companies.

Competent in financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, investment appraisal, financial modeling, project financing, business restructuring, project management and strategic communication as well as literate in MFRS accounting standard.

He has experience working with MMC Corporation Berhad (Group) managing the Group Strategy and Investor Relations, Media Prima Berhad (Group) managing the Group Corporate Finance and Strategic Communication, New Strait Times Press Berhad managing Strategy and Business Development, DRB Hicom Berhad (Group) reviewing on the financial performance of operating companies and Deloitte Malaysia whereby he designed and planned the audit engagement and deliverables.

SHAM SOL BIN ALI

Working Experience:

Sham Sol, a certified Chief Integrity Officer by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and certified Business Continuity Manager by Institutes Business Continuity, UK. He has more than 24 experiences in diversified industries includes Advisory and Consultancy Services, Motor Trading, Banking & Property Financing, Integrated Engineering Infrastructure and Aviation’s (Airlines, Airports and Aviation Services).

His competencies and specialization covers Governance, Ethics, Compliance, Regulatory Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Financial Reporting, Corporate Strategy, Performance Monitoring and Project Management, Business Process Improvement and etc.

He also exposed to corporate restructuring and building new units within the organization such as Kurnia Setia Berhad, Malaysian Building Society Berhad, UEM Group, MASB and Telekom Malaysia Berhad. He also has been selected by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Talent Corporation Berhad) to share his knowledge and experience to other GLC’s.

His last assignment was Director, Enterprise Risk Management for Oman Aviation Group SOAC from 2019 until 2021. He was responsible for the overall governance, enterprise risk management, compliance and regulatory activities within the Oman Aviation Group SOAC which includes formulating framework, policy development, assessment, compliance review and assurance for the Group.

He exposed to corporate strategy, business development, business analysis, performance management, merger acquisition implementation within the organization such as AYJ Global Ventures Sdn Bhd, Emery Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd, UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd, Auto Industries Corporation Berhad (AVCB), Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad (Danaharta), Alliance Bank BHD, Public Bank Berhad, and Cheong Chan (Hup Kee) Sdn Bhd.

Rosniza has spent her career for over 30 years in corporate communications, marketing communications, investor & public relations, corporate strategies, market research & analysis and customer services. Rosniza is a natural excellence communicator adept in building and maintaining strong professional relationship with government official, top executive, agencies, peers and subordinate.

Padiberas Nasional Berhad (BERNAS) as the Head of Department for Group Corporate Communications, accountable and oversaw all strategic communications plans, campaigns, initiative and activities for company’s image and reputation. She focused on corporate branding, media relations, corporate social responsibilities, crisis communications and government relations.

Held a position as Senior Vice President for Group Corporate Communication Division in UDA Holdings Berhad, Rosniza was responsible for all corporate communication activities, corporate branding, CSR, initiatives, even management, media relations and crisis communications.

General Manager in QSR Brands (M) Holding Sdn Bhd, she led a team for corporate communications and public relations professional which includes communications and PR activities for QSR Brands and KFC Holdings Group of Companies.

SITI HAMIMAH BINTI RASHIDI

Siti has more than 10 years of work experience in new product development, business development and commercialization with MIMOS Berhad and Malaysian Electronic Payment System Sdn Bhd.

She has a range of establishment in:
• Software design in parking and remittance application using prepaid MEPS Cash application at IPS
• Software development in payment application such as Base24 ATM switching on high performance mainframe for AlRajhi Bank at IPS
• IT security administration using RACF on IBM S390 and Radius server for MEPS
• Technical sales marketing for EMV smartcard migration at ST Microelectronics
• Software engineering programming of payment terminals at Hypercom Inc.

She also has experience working with eKencana Sdn Bhd, Eastern Pacific Integrated Corporation (EPIC), STMicroelectronics (M) Sdn Bhd, Sterling Odyssey Sdn Bhd, MEPS and Hypercom Inc.

Her areas of expertise includes developing new product strategy, portfolio management, new business and technologies development, market research & competitive analysis, e-commerce, smartcards, IP via licensing and collaboration, cloud security, authentication and trusted platform.

Fadli is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner with an extensive 20 years of experience in multi-industry, global and Regional HR management having an in-depth knowledge of the profession. He is proficient in Organizational Review, HR Strategic plan development and implementation, Organizational Development, Manpower Planning and HR & Risk Audit, Performance Management, Development of Compensation and Benefits programs, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. He is also trained with application tools for Talent Management and Competency Modelling development.

Fadli is a multi-skilled professional with good all-round HR advisory skills and to deal with all the people challenges in an organisation. Experienced in providing timely and up-to-date HR advice to both managers and employees whilst at the same time making sure both the employee and employers interests are best represented. Extensive knowledge of working practices and future of work, recruitment, pay, conditions of employment and diversity issues. An individual contributor with hands-on experience in project management and leading a key HR initiatives in the Organization that he had served.

Fadli holds a Masters of Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and Executive Bachelor of Business Management (Hons.) from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM).
